We have created our loyalty program with exciting and exclusive rewards to say 'thank you' to our amazing customers.
We will be rolling out this program to all online and in-store purchases. This program will replace the in-store loyalty program from 2 November 2022. If you have existing in-store points, they will all be moved over to the new system. You may check online for your loyalty point balances.

How Do I Join THANN Singapore Loyalty Program?
Create a THANN customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
*Excluding shipping fees, taxes and discounts applied. From 2 Nov 2022, points will be rewarded for all purchases.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.
Which products and services can I redeem with the rewards?
All rewards can only be redeemed for regular-priced items and services. Excluding discounted gifts sets and special buys.
Can I use my points/rewards be used in THANN outlets outside of Singapore?
Unfortunately, the rewards can only be used at our online store and our Paragon store in Singapore.
Do my points expire?
Yes all points will expire automatically if you have not spent or earned points within 1 year.
Terms and Conditions
THANN reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Coupons can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
THANN Singapore reserves the right to change and amend the terms and conditions of this loyalty program without prior notice.
