DELIVERY CHARGES TO SINGAPORE ADDRESSES:
$3.90 FOR PURCHASES LESS THAN $50.
FREE SHIPPING FOR PURCHASES $50 AND ABOVE.
ALL OTHER SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT PAGE.

Due to high volume, please expect delays during Double 11 & Black Friday orders. We will not be able to take on special requests during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We will take about 2-3 working days to pack and fulfill your order. After your order has been fulfilled, there will be a courier transit time before the package reaches your destination. In some cases, courier transit time to Singapore addresses may take up to 5 working days for items to reach you.

A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you. Please go to the courier’s website to check on delivery status. Please email us at hello@thann.com.sg for any inquiries.

CUSTOM TAX & DUTIES FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

For delivery to Malaysia addresses, customers are responsible for customs tax and duties incurred. Failure to pay for taxes and duties will result in abandonment of shipment. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in such cases. We are not able to change or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
LOCAL PICKUP

As for local pick ups, an email will be sent to you once it is ready. Please do check your email that was used to place the order. Please do note that we will take all reasonable and necessary precautions in protecting the privacy of all our customers.

Hence, we will need to verify some information before releasing the goods to you. If you are collecting on someone's behalf, you may be required to sign a release form before you are allowed to collect the item.

Additional paper bags will be chargeable at $0.20.

WHY DOES MY ORDER SAYS FULFILLED WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once your order has been labelled as fulfilled, it means the order has been processed and awaiting courier pickup. It does necessarily mean that the shipment has been delivered to you. You will need to check the delivery status on our courier's website with the tracking number

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for the order to be processed and tracking number to be emailed to you. Please enter the correct email when you place an order. Otherwise, you would not be able to receive this tracking number.
