FREE SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE ADDRESSES FOR PURCHASES ABOVE $50. (THIS MAY CHANGE FOR SPECIAL PROMOTION DAYS) OTHERWISE, SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT PAGE.

Please allow 1 to 2 working days for us to process and ship your order. After item has been shipped, there will be a transit time before the package reaches your destination. All transit times will be listed at check out page. For Singapore addresses, transit time is 1 to 2 working days.

If you would like to request for an urgent delivery, please email hello@thann.com.sg, call or message +65 91061848. We will do our best to accommodate your request. There might be additional costs for urgent deliveries.

All our deliveries are shipped via courier. A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you after the courier has picked up the order. Please email us at hello@thann.com.sg if you do not receive the tracking number in 2 working days.

CUSTOM TAX & DUTIES FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

For delivery to Malaysia addresses, customers are responsible for customs tax and duties incurred. Failure to pay for taxes and duties will result in abandonment of shipment. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in such cases. We are not able to change or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS PLACED DURING DOUBLE 11 & BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION.

Please do expect local delivery times between 7-10 working days for orders placed during Double 11 and Black Friday. We appreciate your patience while our logistics partner packs and delivers the items to you.

We will automatically email you the tracking number once it is available. You can also look for this on your order page after the order is fulfilled. Please do note when an order is fulfilled, it does not mean the order has been delivered to you. Rather, it means that the order has been processed and/or packed. In most cases, you will be able to start tracking your order with a delivery tracking number. For local and West Malaysia deliveries, this will be done with Qxpress.

As for local pick ups, an email will be sent to you once it is ready. Please do check your email that was used to place the order. Please do note that we will take all reasonable and necessary precautions in protecting the privacy of all our customers. Hence, we will need to verify some information before releasing the goods to you. If you are collecting on someone's behalf, please do have the person who ordered the items write and sign a collection letter.
