There is a $15 delivery charge via courier if you require the order to be delivered at a specific timing.
Next Working Day Courier to Singapore Addresses
Orders must be placed by 3pm Singapore time. There is a $20 delivery charge via courier for next day delivery.
Same Working Day Courier to Singapore Addresses
Orders must be placed by 12pm Singapore time. There is a $30 delivery charge via courier for same day delivery.
Shipping to International Addresses
All delivery to international addresses are shipped via courier. A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you after the courier has picked up the order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive the tracking number in 2 working days. Please note that we will not be responsible for any custom charges levied by the recipient's country of residence. For delivery to international addresses, customers are responsible for customs tax and duties incurred. Failure to pay for taxes and duties will result in abandonment of shipment. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in such cases. We are not able to change or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
